Chief Product Officer
Chanille Juneau joins Accumulus Synergy as Chief Product Officer, bringing a wealth of experience and proven track record of success. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Chanille spearheads product strategy, igniting innovation and driving excellence across the platform. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the vision, roadmap and overall organizational direction of Accumulus.
Most recently, Chanille served as Chief Technology Officer for one of the world’s largest global immigration law firms, where she created and led the Products and Automation teams, leading to digital transformation for the firm. Teams she directed included Product Management, User Experience, Software Development and QA, CloudOps, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Product Support. Under Chanille’s guidance the firm’s in-house tech products team developed industry-leading software solutions that helped land the company on the 2023 Fast Company World’s Most Innovative Companies list. Her innovative approach also garnered other awards, including National Law Journal’s Legal Technology Trailblazer’s Award, Tech Titans Corporate Innovation Award, and the 2020 SIIA CoDIE Award for Best Legal Solution.
Chanille has a long history of launching and growing software products in a diverse range of software companies and industries. In addition to spinning off a legal tech start-up with a unique data science product offering, she has taken multiple products in multiple industries from inception through to adoption and success. Throughout her career, Chanille has consistently delivered product strategies that have significantly contributed to exponential growth in both product revenue and user bases. Chanille earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science with an International Certificate focused on Spanish speaking countries and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University.
